Metro Plumbing COVID-19 Response

As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to affect our community, we at Metro Plumbing are taking steps to help our employees and customers stay safe and healthy.

We’re carefully monitoring the COVID-19 situation and strictly following CDC guidelines to minimize the spread of the COVID-19 virus and protect our customers and employees in every community we serve.

Health and Safety First All Metro Plumbing Technicians who visit your home or business will adhere to our high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene before, during, and after every service visit. In addition, we are following the CDC (Centers for Disease Control) guidelines:


  • Wearing personal protective equipment

  • Eliminating physical contact.

  • Maintaining effective social distancing

  • Washing hands thoroughly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds

  • Using hand sanitizer

  • Using disinfectant products to ensure all touchpoints are clean

Customer Service Our staff is ready to assist you with scheduling service calls, answering questions and meeting your plumbing needs. Here are some of the additional precautions we're taking to ensure a safe experience and excellent service:

  • Our office and service technicians will ask if anyone in the structure is symptomatic of illness.

  • We will observe customer requests to maintain a safe distance from our service technicians.

  • Metro Plumbing personnel are aware of the risks and symptoms of COVID-19. Any employee feeling potential signs of the virus will stay home and seek a professional medical evaluation.
